On the first day of the event, the Nationalisation 4.0 Awards will celebrate HR visionaries who are making a real impact on nationalisation strategies to empower national human capital.

Nationalisation 4.0 Awards Categories

HR Leader of the Year


This category recognises a senior HR leader who has demonstrated the ability align business interests with workforce needs, implement HR policies successfully as well as support change and innovation.

  • Nominees must hold a leadership position (Chairperson, President, CEO, Managing Director, etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least two years.

Excellence in HR Innovation and Technology

This category recognises a forward thinking HR leader whose innovative deployment of HR technologies has successfully moved the business forward.

  • Nominees must hold a Senior position (Manager, Senior HR, CEO Managing Director, etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least two years.

Nationalisation Initiative of the Year

This category recognises a company whose recruitment strategy is committed to empower engage and retain high potential nationals in the region.

  • This award will honor an initiative created and implemented by any organisation that has encouraged Nationalisation. In order to be qualified in this category, the initiatives must be able to present results of this initiative or project in the last 6 months.

Best Capacity Building Scheme of the Year

This category recognises an organisation who capacity building scheme successfully develops their employees whilst allowing their organisation to improve their competitive edge.

  • This award will honor an initiative/process created and implemented by any organization that has pushed their employees to develop and enhance skills to become competitive in what they do.. In order to be qualified in this category, the initiatives must be able to present results of this initiative or project in the last 6 months.
