This category recognises a dedicated woman who has excelled in the public sector through leadership, business achievements and sustaining commitment to workplace equality.

  • Nominees must hold a leadership position (Chairperson, President, CEO, Managing Director, etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least two years.

Private Sector Executive Woman of The Year

This category recognises a dedicated woman who has excelled in the private sector through leadership, business achievements and sustaining commitment to workplace equality.

  • Nominees must hold a leadership position (Manager, Head, Managing Director, etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least two years.

The Game Changer - Visionary Leadership

This category recognises a passionate woman leader who has contributed to advancing the status of women in the workplace.

  • Nominees must hold a senior position (Manager, Head, Managing Director, etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least two years.

STEM Woman of the Year

This category recognises an inspiring woman working in science, technology, engineering or math whose leadership and drive has made a positive contribution to their field.

  • Nominees must hold a senior position (CIO, CXO’s from science, engineering and technology etc.).) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least two years.

Young Female Leader of the Year

This award recognises a young spirited woman under the age of 25 who is showing an exceptional promise within their industry through determination and leadership.

  • Nominees must hold a senior position (Manager, Head, Managing Director, etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least 1 year.

Driving happiness in the workplace

This award recognises an iconic female leader whose strategies and initiatives promote positivity and happiness within the workplace

  • Nominees must hold a senior position (Manager, Head, Managing Director, etc.) at private or public organisations or educational institutions.
  • Nominees must have been employed in their current position for at least 1 year.

Female Entrepreneur of The Year

This award recognise an ambitious woman who has made a contribution to the economy and region by starting a successful business or start up in the past 12 months.

  • Nominees must have set up their own business((CEO, Owner, Managing Partner) has proven a great revenue, profitability and growth rate indicating sustainability. Must have made an impact in terms of job creation as well.
  • Nominees should have been in the business for at least 2 years.
